Can't remember the name of this movie and it's been driving me insane. I do fortunately remember the plot though:
Think it was like woman hates romcom movies and then gets hit by a car and she wakes up in this romcom world where she can't swear and they don't show the freaky and then it's revealed that the whole thing was in her coma and after that whole adventure she likes romcom movies now!
I think she was british??????
