Full list of PSIs shows up my ignored films as well.

That should definitely not be -- PSIs should be impossible to build for ignored films (and deleted when the films are ignored). We'll look into that, and see why they're appearing, and report back here.

This sorted itself out along with`Ignored films show up in database sort`. No more a problem.
