FIlm about two people abandoned in sea

I had seen a movie in which a couple go on a holiday to some beach. There they go to scuba diving with some people. After some time, when they are underwater the boat in which they came and others will not be there. The whole movie is about them being stranded in the water. Eventually the guy dies I think. Please help me identify the movie's name.
