Once I start a series I will typically finish it unless it becomes unwatchable. Made it to the time Nancy gets pregnant with that drug lords baby or something, it was just too absurd to keep watching at that point and had lost what charm it did have. Also, that kid grew up to be one of the creepiest looking mother fuckers I've ever seen and it was freaking me out constantly. Kevin Nealon was a bright spot in an otherwise basic show.

It was fun in the first season when she was just a suburban housewife-turned-dealer. It quickly escalated into realms of ridiculousness that were just too much. Some good supporting cast members, too.

Started out pretty good and then continued to get worse and worse until the final two seasons which are almost unwatchable for how ridiculous and stupid they are. Showtime as a network doesn't know when to let their shows die, they always run them right into the ground.

The first season is great, it quickly goes batshit crazy and you are left only with the investment of time you have already put into the characters driving you on. Still, better than a lot of shows out there if you can get past the fact that the lead is a terrible person.

"Wahh selling weed is ethically questionable..." "This is sooo weird, cos I'm a MOM and, like, I sell weed..." Orthodox, normie rubbish.

MAKE A SEPARATE WEBSITE FOR TV, OR MINIMALLY BREAK THE SHOW DOWN BY INDIVIDUAL SEASONS - Jenji Kohan is able to hypnotize you into watching an otherwise offensively shitty show by using the power of the dark side of TV - cliffhangers. I also made it to where 'what's her face' runs off with a baby and then who cares. I can't believe I made it that far past Shane killing that woman. Was that really Alanis Morisette? I guess the draw of Andy and Nealon's character had me under some kind of spell.

The score is for first three seasons, which were fresh and funny. Once Agrestic burned, the show went down with it

I had a friend who watched this back in its early seasons, so I ended up catching a bunch of it, and even then (when it was apparently at its best), I found its blending of comedy and drama uncomfortable, with it not really succeeding at either. Now-hilarious fact: When Breaking Bad first debuted in 2008, hundreds of articles called it a ripoff of this show.

Started out well for the first couple of seasons but then went down hill with each season thereafter. I never finished it because the main character was just getting on my nerves too often.

The first 3 seasons are actually good TV, but once the show outgrows the premise of "suburban" the show goes of the rails. By that point I was attached to the characters enough to go with whatever crazy antics they came up with. The show is funny and cast quite well. Parker and Kirk are captivating for completely different reasons. It doesn't nail its ending like Breaking Bad did, but I honestly enjoyed Weeds a bit more.

Most of my score is explained by how good Mary Louise-Parker looks, and how goofy the Andy character is.

Watched up to S03E09 - dropped. Decent first season, then turns to shit quickly.
