This show had an interesting idea, but it became pretty clear that they had no idea what to do with it after a while. Regardless, I remember enjoying the production style, with global connections like Heroes due to it being the same creator. Too bad they couldn't figure out the story though.

(Estimated rating long after watching.) I enjoyed it.
