Excellent documentary about the life and professional golf career of Tiger Woods.

I don't want to spoil this, but I will. HBO's budget managed to get live footage of a professional, black athlete attempting to OD while behind a motor vehicle, and somehow only had his irrelevant high school sweetheart speak about her "emotional" connection with him. Absolutely pathetic, and to think documenting the people's fetish of breeding greatness to only break it down wasn't enough. An irritating plead to tell the story of a legend that's more of a money grab using exploitation

I suspect this documentary plays better the less familiar you are with its subject – not an especially probing profile, but provides an exhaustive overview of Woods' life and career, though veers into smutty, exploitation territory dragging in Uchitel, and never quite reconciles the fact that Woods’ “scandals” were more hurtful, personal ones than anything resembling criminal, while dodging the racial overtones of Woods’ public eye treatment a little too glibly.
