The Saint

A shameful move. It's obvious why this show was never picked up for a full series, and it's for that very reason that even the pilot should have never seen the light of day. The 90's film adaptation of this classic show holds a special place in my heart, and after seeing this, I just feel dirty.

Eminently forgettable. Precisely what you'd expect from a failed TV pilot that gets its release as a made-for-TV movie four years later. Very cheaply polished, never entirely abominable, just uninterestingly bad. (Culture Night Feature)
