As bad as an actor the first "Deke Slater" was the new guy is worse. Also the bickering between Deke and Que got real old real fast. The story is a little more focused in this one, the first had the feeling of a TV Pilot, this one just seems like a straight TV Movie. I wasn't a fan of the soundtrack to the first film but the shit they play during this one almost made me turn it off.
