More of a underlying serious tone than I expected. Not sure this type of nuanced drama was Pat O'Brien's thing. But it might be more me not used seeing him in this type of dramatized story. Roland Young wit fit more, but I never quite got drawn into the plot and pride at stake. I don't think it was a bad movie. Just didn't know what to feel about this one, and I don't know if that's me or the tone of the movie.
