If I was a kid I would've loved this as it is this was still fun. As a first watch, this lacks any sense of nostalgia.

The Halloween Tree is a Ray Bradbury classic brought alive with animation. We get to see various Halloween and Halloween like traditions through the years as children travel through time to find the spirit of one of thier friends. Leonard Nimoy gives a good vocal performance as Mr Moundshroud.

An essential halloween film as a child.
