It's a sprawling narrative that captures the true nature of growing up fearing for your life and trying to make a change. It works thanks to many moving parts and some smooth writing that plays the long game instead of trying to go all out all the time. It's a fascinating show, one that grips you and keeps you wanting more. I highly recommend it if you like shows that develop their characters slowly and effectively.
