The Blue Planet

Documentaries with David Attenborough are some of the best made. This series is very long and very good. I quite enjoyed every episode and learned a few things about our planet as well. They are engaging and entertaining throughout. Educational videos rarely get this captivating. I highly recommend it.

This is exactly the definition of "majestic".I love BBC documentaries. Its not just taking some record about animals or ecology. BBC Documantries are really the pieces of art.

With more than six hours of footage, you probably have to be really into marine life to enjoy the whole thing. Still, the footage is completely stunning, and should be able to have an impact on anyone.

This was definitely one of the better nature documentaries around in its time...but I didn't see this until after Planet Earth. That was such a leap forward in nature documentary that this just paled in comparison.

The style perfected in Planet Earth was developed here. The photography and narration are great. Occasionally, however, the editing and overall organization falter.

Excellent Attenborough series.
