S1 - 80

[through season 2] It was a mistake to retain main characters from S1 into S2 rather than do this anthology-style. Also frequently falls into the trap (especially season 2) of having references and pastiches for no real thematic reason, but rather just so the audience can go, "It's that thing I know!"

Both seasons were fun, although the first one had me more invested. The comedy's good, the murder mystery's alright, and the idea of having each episode have its unique style was very refreshing for this type of TV. Good while it lasted. Watch it.

S01

I really liked the way they made use of a different style of storytelling for every episode, and the characters were all great. Super bingeable. EDIT: Season 2 is not as good, but still has some good moments

Refreshingly funny murder mystery comedy. I like the innovative approach of having a different character's point of view in each episode, and changing the genre based on who tells the story. The musical was probably my favorite. Great cast and characters.

The Ben Schwartz episode is great. The rest is very meh.
