Sugar Ray Robinson: The Bright Lights and Dark Shadows of a Champion

It accomplishes what it sets out to do in the hour that it has to do it. It gives you a run down on the beginning of his career, up until the end. I mean, the guy's a legend so giving another half hour or even an hour would have been nice but it was a TV movie, anyway. To those who aren't that familiar with Sugar Ray as a person (like me), it's informative. It also shows some video on choice beatdowns. You do get to see how perfect Ray was in the ring, in the videos shown.
