Amazing writing and fantastic delivery from Pike and O'Dowd. Though there are 10 episodes in this character driven little gem of a show from Frears and Hornby, the total running time amounts to the length of a relatively short feature film (100 minutes). And had it been one, it would have been my second-favorite film of 2019. (My rating is for the first season. The second one isn't as sharp and funny but I enjoyed it.)
