A solid cast navigates a subpar narrative with some THICK neo-noir styling. The initial premise is completely intriguing but this gets left behind rather quickly in order to solve a fairly typically mystery. The wailing guitar against Jeff Fahey's dreamy eyes is aggressively early 90s.
