Shenmue

I'm a big fan of the games. I think there's a solid core story in the games, and I think this series does a good job translating that, and modifying some things where it makes sense, which is actually an improvement. The voices are different from the english dub in the games. This leads to better performances in most cases, although of course I do miss the original cast. It's a decent show, not a great one. I do wish it had gotten another season though, so the story could push forward.
