Rose

An okay start to 'Nu Who', as fans have dubbed it. The introduction to Rose is spot-on, and I love both Billie Piper and Chrostopher Eccleston in their roles, and the ending Auton Invasion is actually quite cool. The effects are extremely cheap and cheesy though, espically compared to episode 2's spare opera like images of Earth's destruction, and the plot is weak. And Mickey being eaten by a bin is probably a little more acceptable for kids than older viewers. But it's still a decent start.
