Ricky Gervais: Out of England 2

Oh, Ricky, you skinny bitch! Are you still in charge of entertainment business in UK?

Again, mostly just a rehash of jokes from his previous DVDs. They can still be funny but unlike his previous ‘Out of England’ you get the feeling this audience have heard most of them before too, as some noticeably don’t hit as hard as they should. Gervais’ repeated claims to be “riffing” are pretty hollow, especially when these bits inevitably blend into unnaturally pre-planned routines.

The "Noah" joke was good.

Has its funny parts like the Noah's arc bit and the other book. Nothing made me laugh out loud though, but it was entertaining enough

This doesn't really classify as a movie, does it? But Ricky is the funniest guy in the world (after Karl 'Head like a fucking orange' Pilkington)

Not his best.

Some of Gervais' best stand-up. The book deconstruction(s) are brilliant. It's clear the man has matured greatly since his first stand up specials - this is very good stuff indeed.
