Bastard love child of Fault In Our Stars and Glee.

Solid performances for the most part but you could tell from the pilot the show was not going to make it.

This show could have easily been a better and more dramatic series about the bonds these kids make. Instead it was often comedic and very poorly written. It's just not the best it could have been and that's likely why it was one and done.

Probably for the best it got cancelled, but it had its moments
