S1 pretty bad, then heather locklear SHA-WING saves it. that love triangle is one of my fav sections of the show til maybe midway into S2. i think michael was the first ridiculous supervillain, then kimberly showed everyone how it's supposed to be done. the insanity of the show winds down as she does. i wanted jo, billy, and allison to leave the show maybe by S3. i didnt like a lot of the new characters. alyssa was necessary for someone's looks to compete with heather's. some really funny stuff

Iconic (in its time) night-time soap more memorable for its camp value than any dramatic merit. And really, Desperate Housewives could not have come about without it. The cast sure was pretty, though.

Pretty people doing stupid shit. Insipid, but at least it wasn't Beverly Hills 90210.
