Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors (2018) is part of the trend of more superhero movies being aimed at girls and becoming more multi-cultured. I liked this one better than the other girl-oriented hero film which came out at the same time, the DC Super Hero Girls: Legends of Atlantis. Pretty much formula and a little too harmless, but it's packed with action and never really dull for a girly film.
