Literally the entire punchline of the show is the protag getting constant nosebleed's and a cross dresser being a mean spirited, unlikable asshole. While the latter could provide potentially funny jokes, all they end up doing with it is making him act like an asshole with no irony or humor to it - we're suppose to find inhumane treatment/bullying of others to be funny according to this show. I thought the cross dresser was more creepy than he was funny, which I think is a sign of bad writing.
