Mental health problems receive so little attention that it can't be a bad thing to give wider audiences a glimpse into these kinds of issues. Nevertheless, Theroux doesn't really probe far enough for anything more than that glimpse to surface here.

A modern Theroux episode, again feeling more voyeuristic than enlightening as he talks to these women about their experiences but fails to expand on their conditions, treatment, or even why this unit is supposed to be so unique. A snapshot of some difficult times in people's lives, and that's about it.
