Land of the Lost

I want to say Nickelodeon had re-runs of this and I tried watching it, but poor production values and a confusing storyline made it near impossible to be entertaining.

My distant recollection is that this program was not well made, but that there was something a bit eerie about it, and that it was hard to understand how the different elements fit together, but it is also possible that this difficulty was due to having only watched it sporadically.
