Based on the novel by Elena Ferrante, the story of a friendship lasting sixty years between two women. When suddenly her 60-year-old Elena Greco disappears from the life of her closest friend, she begins to describe the story of their many years of friendship. Raffaella Cerullo, known as Lila, met in the first grade of elementary school in 1950. The action of the series takes place in the dangerous and at the same time magical Naples over the space of over 60 years. (HBO)
