An equally concise and well-made follow-up of THE 50 YEARS WAR: ISRAEL AND THE ARABS (1999). People's insisting to get everything they demand all at once, instead of acknowledging each party's difficulties and taking every chance to move one step forward, led to nothing but intensifying resentment, widening gaps, and ever so elusive peace.

Excellent follow-up to THE 50 YEARS WAR: ISRAEL AND THE ARABS (1999). Together these documentaries represent the best way into an understanding of the conflict from 1949 to 2005. A third series needs to be made.
