Infected

I like how this episode keeps the action up and features some great scenes of tension and terror, such as the scene of hiding from the clickers. There are some solid opportunities to build on the relationships among the main characters without losing out on enough plant zombie action to keep the audience invested in their peril.

I remember seeing a documentary some years ago (before playing the game) about fungi taking over insects and sprouting from their brains. Hated every minute of it. So, brilliant use for the story. Still hate it. It’s too bad Tess had to be dispatched in this episode of all places, because otherwise it’s just a transitionary episode that otherwise gives little else.
