A better entry in the series (for 'Saturday Afternoon Hallmark' grade movies). Morgan and Matthau are criminally under utilized by clunky dialog , uneven pacing and generic, improbable and thin plots. Making three movies that all neglect to make any use of Matthau's natural and witty humor is just one example of things that could have been done to help improve the whole lot
