Heather Chandler rules the high school with her entourage of Heather Duke and Heather McNamara and keeps "order" with a controlled chaos of social media posts and in person confrontations. Veronica Sawyer is caught between their world and her own private angst as she befriends outcast rebel J.D. and begins the decent into poor decisions and life altering choices.
