Genshiken

Literally the entire show is "MUH OTAKU HUMOR!" It's pretty much what you'd expect from such a show - a bunch of stereotypical, awkward dorks do typical, awkward dork things around a character who is relatively normal{and of course, it had to be a she}. Most of the characters and situations are pretty bland and boring, a lot of the time I'm not even sure if there is a joke. They also like to sprinkle out a lot of references which I feel really adds nothing of value to the show besides weeb cred.
