Elton John: Tantrums & Tiaras

I might have liked this if I was an Elton John fan

Whether or not this mostly positive portrait is remotely complete, it is unexpected. The diva-like John engages in far less tantrums than u'd think (although the ones we do see showcase a ridiculously petulant & spoiled brat of a man) & comes across as a loyal & generally genial bloke. Most surprising is the depth of insecurity that drives him that somehow coexists w/ a clear-headed sense of accomplishment.
