Argento does a Hitchcock tribute. There are plenty of nice little references to The Master's films throughout, but this is remarkably dull for an Argento film. People have been saying for years that Dario lost his touch around 1988 or so, and I am beginning to suspect they are right

Really lacks Argento's former visual flare and macabre mood. It looks and feels like an ok tv movie, but it never delivers much more than that.
