Sketches by De Vliegende Panters with in every episode another subject. But in each episode you can see the story of "The Turbo Twins". Twins Peter, Pascal and Pierke Smulder have their own partyband. They perform mostly in houses for the elderly and bars. Peter and Pascal want to go professional. They're buying a new keyboard and they perform almost every evening. But one morning the mentally challenged Pierke seems to have a burn out and won't be able to perform for a while.
