While the ending left on a confusingly bittersweet (emphasis on the sweet) note - it might be an appropriate way to end a lovely love story framed around one of the most notorious conflicts in the world. The actors and writing bring a fanciful charm to the last place you'd expect to find it. The adorable nature of their interactions are almost enough to make you forget how unrealistic it is - but that's not a bad thing if you're looking for an escape.
