The Most Dangerous Match

This was a refreshingly personal episode. The interactions between the killer and his victim felt genuine and tragic. You feel a shred of sympathy for a psychopath because of how well this episode depicts their anguish. This episode took time to let you get to know the victim, a rarity among Columbo episodes where most victims end up as props within the first 5 minutes.

A good one. Dramatic.
