In the near future, everyone has access to a memory implant that records everything they do, see and hear - a sort of Sky Plus for the brain. You need never forget a face again - but is that always a good thing (imdb)

In many respects the most disturbing episode in 'Black Mirror's' first series, 'The Entire History of You' works as well as it does because the intricacies of its sci-fi angle are so plausible and subtly constructed, and it's applied to such a dramatic and familiar narrative that the episode transcends a morality play and does what the show does best: unnerves the viewer with a shocking verisimilitude.

Fantastic premise but I can't help but feel the execution was a little wobbly on occasion and they could have done even more with it all.

While viewed as the best by many, and having some of the most interesting technology in the series, this episode was boring. The message was clear from the beginning and wasn't sold well enough. Couldn't tell if it was the script or the acting that failed here

On the destructive aspects of the continuous exteriorisation of memory. The most interesting of the three episodes comprising the first season.

My favorite episode from the series. Fascinating look at how we might drive ourselves mad if given the opportunity to remember everything. Great (and simple) sci-fi premise and executed to perfection.

Another brilliant entry in what is one of the best sci fi anthologies period.

Couldn't get attached to the main character, since he was presented as a douche all along. Could have been better.

The main dude in this is such a pain in the ass, yet his scrutinising (which he can do endlessly in this other brilliant futuristic setting) is engaging to watch and I found myself as caught up in rewatching and analysing the videos as much as him. Bummer of an ending, so many guys get screwed over in this show.

A knockout! While cameras recording human experience in POV and memory implants aren't exactly novel concepts ('La mort en direct', 'The Final Cut'), they're nevertheless fascinating ones, and though the episode deals with some of the same ideas as Bigelow's 'Strange Days', Brooker creates his own, terrifyingly believable world.

Wow, This was surprisingly good. The most interesting thing about this story is the fact that you could pretty much get rid of the whole sci-fi element and still have a solid drama.
