"Some fascinating pictures. Apart from that (too) many weak points:
- The plot is excursive and without suspense
- inexpressive Keanu Reeves
- weak Winona Ryder
- Anthony Hopkins couldn't develop his character in a satisfying matter but nevertheless he made the best of it
Altogether it seems that Coppola wanted to pack to much stuff in that movie. Result: He overloaded it...
Summing up: Quite disappointing for a director in this league."
