100 80% | The Notebook (2004) - Rated 29 Aug 2009
"One of the best romantic movies I've ever seen. The plot was very creative. In the end, you find out that Noah and Allie were really the elderly people in the end, who used different names. The idea of Allie writing "read this to me and I'll come back for you" in 'the notebook' was perfect. The idea that Allie couldn't be with Noah because of different social classes, is common and applies to many people even today. Therefore, a lot of people could relate to it."

70 0% | Pearl Harbor (2001) - Rated 29 Aug 2009
"Although this movie had a very romantic plot to it, there were many inaccurate things about the war itself. For example, the Japanese did not use the wooden submarines like they did in the movie. Also, the aircrafts that blew up the naval base, were not able to affect a car in away way except having a few bullet holes and cracking the window. HOwever, the love story was creative and unique. It didn't have the typical "live happily forever" story ending which was good."

90 20% | Inside Man (2006) - Rated 29 Aug 2009
"The plot of this movie was one of the best I've ever heard of. Everything was thought out perfectly, and the plan was genius. Although the movie was very serious, there were some funny parts to lighten the mood. For example, during an intense scene, an older white man's phone goes off playing "Gold Digger" (a popular rap song) as his ringtone. The idea of the antagonist hiding out behind a wall and escaping later was brilliant. This movie was very enjoyable!"

90 20% | Crash (2005) - Rated 29 Aug 2009
"This movie did a great job of showing the different stereotypes that goes along with ethnic backgrounds. It portrays certain races to be either ignorant, racist, or paranoid. However at the end, when worse comes to worse, everyone is able to put their personal feelings aside and help each other out. You are able to see more extreme examples of racism around the world through these convincing characters."

90 20% | Slumdog Millionaire (2008) - Rated 29 Aug 2009
"This movie shows viewers that anything is possible. Even if you've come from having nothing, you still have a chance of winning a million dollars. The more experience you have in life, the more knowledge you gain throughout. This movie was a great representation of that, and gives people hope that anything is possible. The concept of using the game show was a great idea, and the plot was set up very nicely."
