"A twerk worthy movie x3 Like wow this one really had me jiggling with the moral ambiguity and character arcs and development. It’s satisfying to see everyone being equally affected by the events that take place in the movie. The characters don’t fall under the good or bad categories, but are more or less defined by their actions throughout the movie. Except the best friend, lol. She solely benefited from her actions despite them being a detriment for the family."
80 59% The Handmaiden (2016) - Rated 30 Aug 2024
"At time’s the movie was hard to follow, although that might be because of the extended cut. Could’ve had a higher score if not for the unfiltered sex scenes that carry on longer than they should"

"Idk why they had random romance at the end of the movie. Maybe there was a reason I missed."
85 72% Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014) - Rated 14 Jun 2024
"My favorite of the series. I feel as though the weakest points of the series are how human’s are added into the equation. Ape conflict on its own is inherently interesting as it is synonymous with a new medium of displaying emotions, dialogue, and more. Fortunately, this movie still managed to make ape on human politics interesting. This along with the action and Caesar screaming makes this a must watch. If I had to make a complaint, it was the limitations in cgi and lighting."
80 59% Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011) - Rated 14 Jun 2024
"Beautiful movie. Set the foundation for a fantastic series and set us up with plenty of information to understand ape and human conflict as well as ape on ape conflict. Knowing that character from the first movie persist throughout the series also helps in caring for the character and enjoying their presence. Overall, a thrilling movie blending the human side of the conflict along with the ape side of the conflict perfectly."
