"I am more of a dark comedy type guy, so this movies was a little more enjoyable to me compared to most of Carrey's other works. This isn't much of a kid's film, as they will get kinda bored with all the dialog.

"I came in hoping for a good, comic-book flick and ended up pretty dissapointed. Ben Affleck is so-so at playing DD, while Ferrel and Duncan both play convincing and memorable villians.
If you want a better version, make sure you watch the unrated cut on DVD, it bumps the movie up 15 points to a 61."
