20 14% The Da Vinci Code (2006) - Rated 10 May 2014
"What is going on with Tom Hanks' hair? This is one of the most distracting haircuts I've seen on an actor... Is it a wig? It's almost as bad as those dreadlocks worn by Travolta in Battlefield Earth. Seriously who decided this was a good look?"
50 31% The Village (2004) - Rated 10 May 2014
"The Production Design, Cinematography, Sound and Acting in the film are all quite good, of a higher sort in fact, indeed all of these elements are so strong I would almost recommend the film if the Script wasn't so completely awful. The script is without redeeming qualities being clearly at fault for the films uneven pacing, tone and what is surely one of the worst endings I've seen."
80 65% Gremlins (1984) - Rated 10 May 2014
"Outrageous, contagiously anarchic, pure fun. One of the all time best Popcorn Flicks of the 80's."
75 51% Glory (1989) - Rated 10 May 2014
"While well made and performed admirably by the main cast Glory falls victim to the Hollywood stereotype of requiring a white man to be the lens through which we experience an event that would be more involving and even more interesting if told from the point of view of a black soldier."
60 36% The Dreamers (2004) - Rated 10 May 2014
"Boosted by some good performances the film occasionally squeaks past your standard straight to video sexual melodrama and occasionally hints at a greatness lying beneath... (like maybe a modern Jules and Jim) but uneven pacing and direction hold the film back in a pretty major way."
75 51% Hard Candy (2006) - Rated 10 May 2014
"Ellen Page gives a brave a ferocious performance in a film that juggles multiple complex and difficult themes. EXTREME CONTENT"
10 9% Shark Tale (2004) - Rated 10 May 2014
"Awful."
90 81% Toy Story 3 (2010) - Rated 10 May 2014
"Despite it's overwhelming sentimentality and pandering to childhood nostalgia the film rises above the trap of the "Second Sequel" and delivers a satisfying close to a Trilogy of films that brought Computer Animation to the forefront of family entertainment while continuing what had been one of the greatest series of consecutive releases by a studio in modern film history."
78 56% The Usual Suspects (1995) - Rated 10 May 2014
"Kevin Spacey's performance is hands down the best part of this uneven and dated film."
80 65% Philadelphia (1993) - Rated 10 May 2014
