"a powerful and brutal portrayal of the reality of child prostitution. the banality with which evil is presented is nothing short of gut-wrenching."
76 82% Anatomy of a Fall (2023) - Rated 12 Mar 2024
"a gripping mix of mystery and character drama, where the characters are afforded layers of depth and complexity, something that grants the film a level of realism and immersion that i found truly captivating."
63 56% Poor Things (2023) - Rated 10 Mar 2024
"good photography and art direction make it a pretty film to look at, but the whimsical, contrived plot requires a few too many suspensions of disbelief for me to be completely invested."

"keeps you hooked the whole time, a study in story-telling."
