"This is a very good silent film, it is well paced and the child actors are fantastic."
9% Vampyr (1932) - Rated 19 Aug 2014
"At times this can be difficult to watch but it is interesting as a historically significant film."
28 35% Tabu (1931) - Rated 18 Aug 2014
"Really cool movie, even without inter-titles the acting conveys exactly what was going on. I was a bit confused in that I was not sure if the old warrior was a vision that Reri had or if he was actually there. In any case the film was enjoyable."
44 62% M (1931) - Rated 18 Aug 2014
"This film is good. The whistling is creepy and although slow paced in the middle, the film has a terrific climax. Like many modern movies the ending sucks, just as you are about to find out what will happen to the murderer the film ends abruptly leaving the viewer wondering what happens next."
23 27% Ocean's Eleven (1960) - Rated 15 Aug 2014
3% L'Âge d'or (1930) - Rated 15 Aug 2014
"This is not enjoyable, it plays as an artistic film in which a guy kicks a little puppy, attempts to rape a woman, shoots a little kid, slaps an elderly woman and throws a priest out of a window. I can understand why the film caused such a scandal upon its release. The true scandal is the poor judgement of all the film critics who have given this film such high regard."
1% Earth (1930) - Rated 15 Aug 2014
"This film is just not interesting. I did not like the heroes nor any of the characters. I do not know how it gets all these good reviews. The film is terrible."
9% The Man With a Movie Camera (1929) - Rated 13 Aug 2014
"Don't let the low rating fool you. I gave this score because it is not really a movie with a plot but as it self describes, it is more of an experiment. It is interesting to look at and it keeps you watching. I would consider this film a work of art, similar to a painting."
