Given how much this documentary tries to cover, it does a great job. There is a lot of complexity just on the climbing side (maybe most viewers don't care about that, but I do), plus the personal storytelling.

The Book of Boba Fett (2021) - Rated 03 Apr 2022

Brilliant! Perfectly ties together the threads left open in Mando, while setting the stage for much more.

Couldn't understand a word, and I watched it with subtitles. But still enjoyable.

Very well executed, but just a story about bad people doing bad things...

Don't Look Up (2021) - Rated 27 Mar 2022

Mildly entertaining at best. The political message was obviously thinly veiled, which would be okay if it didn't hit so close to home. Otherwise it was pretty much pointless. No clue why it got a best picture nomination since it clearly doesn't deserve one.

The Mandalorian (2019) - Rated 06 Aug 2020

Unbelievable. I never expected someone to not only be true to the original films but also to be creative, inventive, and perfectly executed! I've watched the whole season 3 times already and never got bored for one second. Beyond all expectations. At first I thought the only flaw was the lack of a Jedi. Then I realized Baby Yoda is not only a Jedi, but the first child Jedi to have a real role. A mute character with a vibrant personality. And also comic relief. Brilliant.
