Bio: Visual artist living and working in my hometown of Chicago. I have a great appreciation for, & am very knowledgeable on, classic cinema & modern action films. I focus on a film's plot plausibility vs. plot details, cinematic flow vs. style or technique & above all else, acting. Skilled actors can often raise a film above its quality, in my opinion.

"A story, plot line & dialogue that is, quite, frankly, unworthy of the fantastic special effects that made so much money for this film. The collection of odd ball characters that contribute to the fight against the alien invasion seem more quack than quirky, and Will Smith's wise cracking hero & Jeff Goldblum's heroic geek persona's had already grown old. Watch it for the great special effects in the first 40 minutes, the rest of the film you can discard."
