Film is situated in a small town Komonice in the 60's, the time of communism where the only party, represented by chariman of people's committee and his secretary instead of taking care of the people's needs they build up a fountain. There's a castle in the Komonice and according to a legend there is good ghost in the castle - White lady. She emerges from the painting on the wall when someone speaks out magic formula.

Housing is still a major problem in the Czech Republic. If you have a flat, you are OK, the rent is controlled and thus relatively cheap, but if you don't, you have no chance of getting one. Unless you pay an enormous amount for one of the very few newly built flats - quite out of proportion with your local salary. Also, if you move out or die and a relative is not already registered as living with you, the flat might be lost! One way for ordinary people who need to move is to swap flats.

The invention "Superholografu" allows the flow of people between the real and the film world. It falls into the hands of unsuspecting comics and their trickster lookalikes, and they all become the target of interest five gangsters.
