Yuzo Tatekawa

A press photographer returns to Japan from the war in Vietnam after losing his friend and fellow photographer on the battlefield.

There has been a murder. A man is found dead in the house of a prostitute who is arrested as a suspect. But she tells of her life as a peasant, blown up and sold to a brothel by her uncle, and how she gains position until she meets the dead man.
