Sarah is out camping with her boyfriend in the Republic of Canpuna. They get attacked by a werewolf, which kills her boyfriend and takes a bite out of her. The Canpunian authorities believe her to be the killer, so she gets sent to a women's prison for the criminally insane, where both lesbian and straight sexual abuse is rampant and the prisoners are forced into prostitution. Soon the bite starts to affect both her body and mind.
