Daimon, a Babylonian shape-shifting vampire god, awakens from a thousand year slumber, and kills and takes the form of a Japanese magistrate. A couple of kids whose parents are slaughtered by the magistrate's order ask a bunch of Yokai spirits from a nearby swamp to get rid of Daimon.
